This page is designed as a resource for users of the 7mm Remington Magnum.  It is easily one of the most versatile cartridges available to today's big game hunter.  It has been extensively used throughout the world on nearly every species of huntable game.  For the African hunter, it is one of the very best for most species of plains game.  In North America, it can be used on any species found.  It might not be the very best choice for use against a large coastal brown bear, but given the right choice in bullet, it will work if you do your part as a marksman.  For deer, elk, moose, kudu, gemsbok, or nearly anything else, worldwide, it is one of the best choices  available to the rifleman.  Please visit us regularly and E-Mail us with any comments or suggestions you may have.

It might not be the newest ultra magnum, have the fastest muzzle velocity, or be the subject of magazine articles every month, but it does one thing well....Cleanly take big or small game, at short or long distances.  Are you hunting Springbok in Namibia or Pronghorn in Wyoming?  Then a 140 gr. Ballistic tip at 3200-3300 fps will give you the laser-like trajectory you need.  What about Roosevelt elk?  The shot might be at 25 yards in the dark timber or at 400 yards across a clearcut.  The 175 gr. Nosler Partition or Swift A-Frame will do the job.  Moose, kudu, black bear, whatever you are hunting, there is a 7mm bullet that will work.
